The Philosophy
Hidden away in the back streets of Fulham, the Harwood offers award-winning food and wine in a casual and relaxed setting. We champion the very best British produce with a focus on game and wild food. We are also currently the only Michelin-starred pub in London.
Our People
Josh Cutress – Head Chef
Josh held lengthy roles in London’s top restaurants such as The Square and The Ledbury, before joining the Harwood. He is excited to continue Harwood’s repertoire, focused on seasonal British ingredients and sustainability.
Brett Graham – Director
Australian born Brett Graham is the chef owner of 3 Michelin star restaurant The Ledbury and has been a director of the Harwood Arms since it opened in 2009.
Our Food
Provenance is key to our success at The Harwood and we have developed relationships with the best suppliers to keep consistency of quality. Proudly serving British food with a game focus, we strive to use as much wild food as possible as we believe sustainability is of utmost importance.
Much of the deer is provided to us by Brett or Mike and our rooftop vegetable garden is used as much as possible in the summer, growing heritage tomatoes, radishes and strawberries which are all used on the menu.
